Automotive Services Group, in short ASG, focuses on providing various services related to the use, care, determination of damage and moving cars.

About us

Automotive Services Group NV, ASG, provides services through its subsidiaries to companies that own a large fleet.

Our companies are located in Vilvoorde, where we have approximately 57,000 m² of buildings and grounds and storage capacity for approximately 2000 vehicles. The service is provided by a team of 45 permanent employees and 40 freelance drivers.


Kapman Group NV, the parent company of ASG, was founded in 1991. In addition to ASG's activities, the group is also active in:

  • Bodywork: maintenance and repair of cars under the name Caribel Group (Vilvoorde, Lier and Hasselt);
  • Maintenance, repairs and tire center under the name Valck Group in partnership with Profile (Haacht and Lier);
  • Sale of new cars of the brand Toyota and sale of used cars of all brands under the name of Autobedrijf Valck (Hasselt, Lier and Haacht).
